This reception gives those who are running the convention a chance to meet the guests. Guests, please stay if you can.
Notes for arrival and setup:
-You are under no obligation to show up before opening.
-There will be volunteers to help you load and unload.
-The guest parking is right at the front entrance to Phillips Hall; the Emerson Suites are upstairs.
-There is a freight elevator available for our use at the entrance. Once you are inside, there will be students to direct you to your spot.
-The tables are 6 feet long and will be covered with a tablecloth.
-We strongly ask that vendors and the hale of body unload in the small U lot then move their vehicles to the large public lot. Many of our guests are over 70 and parking near the event is a great help to them.
TICKETS FOR YOURSELF AND HELPERS
At the Buy Tickets page, you will see that there is a ticket option for Guest/Vendor/Staff etc. Use that to order tickets for yourself and your helpers. Use your own name and email address for the order, but order as many as you need. Unlike most conventions, we do not charge for helpers. We do ask that you use this respectfully; get tickets for anyone who is coming primarily to help you, but not just so extended family and friends get in for free. At the convention, you will need to check in with an ID to get the badges you request.

DEALERS AND GUESTS
Please DO NOT share these directions with the general public as there will not be room for them in the small parking lot! This lot is reserved for dealers and guests. Directions to the public parking are at
The Campus Center is also known as Phillips Hall, in the center of the Ithaca College campus. The GPS coordinates are 42.422668, -76.494209. Williams Hall is directly beside Phillips Hall.

From the Ithaca College main entrance:

Straight ahead 120 yards you will come to Alumni Circle.

Go 3/4 of the way around the circle and turn right onto Grant Egbert Boulevard (Google Maps calls this Main Campus Rd.) There is a sign directing you toward the Campus Center.

In less than 1/4 mile turn right onto Textor Circle. Follow Textor Circle about 300 yards.

Turn left onto Campus Center Way (looks like a driveway between buildings).

Campus Center Way takes you into a small parking lot, U Lot, facing Phillips Hall to your right. There will be reserved parking spaces for Ithacon dealers and guests.

There is a ramp to the left of the main entrance to Phillips Hall and an elevator to the left of the stairs.

The Emerson Suites are on the second floor.
