Accessibility FAQ
There will be a member of the accessibility team available at all times at the registration desk who can answer questions and assist you as needed.
General Sensory Warning
Programming at Ithacon may feature loud noises and bright lights. Warnings for flashing lights will be given when applicable. Ithacon can be a crowded event so please be aware that movement may be tight in some areas.
Mobility Aids
While we do not have mobility aids available to borrow please feel free to bring and use a wheelchair, walker, cane etc to comfortably enjoy the show. We cannot guarantee that there will be space to store mobility aids so please keep that in mind. The convention floor is often busy so movement may be slower. Aisles between tables are accessible.

Please let a staff member know if you require preferred seating during panels for access reasons.
De-Stress Room
A de-stress room will be set up and available in the Six-Mile Creek Room. Absolute silence cannot be guaranteed, folks are encouraged to engage in quiet activities. Both old and new comic books and graphic novels will be available in the room to read at your leisure.
If you are looking for a more private place to step away from the con we suggest stepping outside if the weather permits, campus is open and guests are also welcome to sit in Williams Hall or the tunnel from Textor to Friends Hall.
